I don't view this a positive at all. I read it that a debt default has occurred by Daiwa for a $44m facility and for which ADD shares & presumably many other shareholdings have been pledged. The new owners of these shares are not necessarily committed holders of ADD & could possibly dump them to realise some return on their debt sooner rather than later. If that happens, the share price will take a hit.
