CAP vs FAR in Senegal court. Decision against FAR on 28 August (apparently?). FAR's defence claimed Senegal court does not have jurisdiction but the Judge obviously disagreed.
Not sure where this leaves Djiffere but the recent share price slump corresponds with the hearings underway in Dakar
The good news is that FAR to date appear to be ignoring the Senegalese legal system entirely but given a requirement of the oil code is to abide by Senegalese law I'm not sure that is sustainable.
