    Will the ASX issue a 'please explain' notice? For the life of me I cannot see how any listed company can avoid reporting legal proceedings against it, no matter what jurisdiction they are issued in, or how defensible the claim may be. I am sure this is covered in the listing rules, but somehow FAR seem able to avoid official comment, for now. DYOR
