Also check out where their water supply is from Warnie. Toowoomba gets water out of Crestbrook Dam which I think is around 13% at the moment after missing out on recent rain. I can't even get a bite on my property for sale in Toowoomba at the moment which is a spare block of land with DA (BA only weeks away) for three units for 150k only 900 metres from centre of town. But a lot happening with coal just out to the west. Also have a look at the proposed rail link around the Charlton area if you can find it - my financial planner thinks it will add value to the area - although have no idea what is planned.
