what do you mean they are not there ! , everyone who has a ounce of knowledge knows they are deciding on there capital strategy by December which will set the scene for there future growth and future allocations of there revenue, it’s not just a allocation of capital it’s more about there strategy going forward, look after shareholders or look after investment bankers, a long term wealth generator or look after the fly by nighters , look after investors or look after those that only care about the next announcement who dump and move on
