Dale B Elphinstone has now been named Tasmania's first billionaire.
He owns a raft of companies, of which William Adams, is his primary wealth creator, however Engenco has benefited from his leadership and culture, that has turned this company around.
Under the current management team, which have all experienced Dale's work ethic, they will steer this formidable company on to bigger and better things.
The future looks bright.
