was this not the exact reason why JH was wrongfully terminated, by applying due diligence to some staff members to ensure verification and validity of their roles and responsibilities at central.
Dalton with possibly 1/2 million in of wire fraud, two counts of criminal monetary transactions, and one count of aggravated identity theft.
The US court case with yet another persons who had been employed by central and also elevated in roles and responsibilities which by all accounts could result is a potential 20 million compensation claim. Should this compensation claim have merits is awarded, would this not place centrals survivability into serious question.
But more importantly, who in central made these decisions, I want a name, who placed these two people into increased roles and responsibilities which may according to news papers and court papers cost this organisation a potential 20.5 million lose.
I do not want to keep harping on about the US court case, but whe the news is deafening, I become all the more concerned, I like to be consulted on such issues that affects my investment in my part company.
