However, a consultative process needs to be applied when engaging hired resources, especially at the level being discussed and when international relocation is required. A consultative decision was made, being the majority of the decision accounted for a yes which initiates the hiring of such person.

I don't know how many people were involved in CTP at a managerial level at the time but from what I can gather it was only a few individuals, if I'm the top dog in any company of only a few I know everything that is going on. 2bob you didn't answer my question, who was it at helm at the time?I've only been involved with CTP a few years and you seem to be an expert on the past if it was our current leader I would definitely have to reconsider my investment as letting those sort of things happen on your watch could only be seen as amateurish management at best.
