How much will they have left by December 31 2015 will determine the future of MHM
If they can hold on to 1m to 1.5m of the cash , clean up all of the sites and end any litigation they have a chance to find another business to buy
If they have less than this , the capital raise required will dilute all existing shareholders to much
To raise $2m plus enough to buy an asset it would need to be done at 1 cent.
Get on with guys now , raise money and buy something in IT , or biotech , and not coal or copper.
