Hopefully whatever benefit MPL's (payment?) system makes is worth the damage it is doing to their reputation and customer service overload.
Recently there has been some update done so there are some customers that pay by direct debit are not having their accounts deducted and customers are being sent letters or told online that they have missed their payment.
This has overloaded MPL's call centres so there have been long wait times, I have heard of cases of over two hour waits at times.
And of course, no information admitting to any problems or apologies!
