It's my assessment that media reports of the decision by a Texas court to award damages against influential conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is a shot across the bows of those profiting from denying such massacres and from other events including global warming / climate change.
It's my view that the decision has established the legal precedent of compensation due to those who've suffered as a consequence and raises issues such as the fallout from being on the wrong side of history by blocking action to address global warming.
