Fluff, I don't wish to be pedantic, but I can't let you get away with half truths ..... sorry. Your 'in hidsight' claims inferred 'inside knowledge' or a 'sixth sense' if you like about the cap rasing, BEFORE the actual announcement. You even you conceded that point about my post.
