Yes I know that, however you stated that after they pay tax to Russia (60-65%), another country (Australia) will be able to take a cut.
Can you please explain how this can be so??
I would also like you to explain your comment about compensation from RMOH being $800 and your assumption that we could not charge more than that per course. ie the russian public would not be willing (in the company's opinion) to pay for a drug that would improve their quality of life.
