    Did they agree to pay them the whole 10Mill but in instalments? If so, how much per month, $1Mill/month ?

    Did they meet half way at $5 Mill ?

    It's annoying that they inform the market that they have a $10MIll claim and then just say "it's all settled, we are paying it off"
