HT, the payment terms right at this point in time are crucial and adds to the risk profile. As Yaq pointed out , their lines of credit are almost exhausted, so I would like to know the term of payment, 1 Mill a month ?, 2 Mill a month for 5 months ? $100k a month for 4 years ?
They had to draw on the 10 Mill credit line last month so the cupboard is bare
HGO has done a great job to build the plant on time, but if there is a strike at the ports for 2 months ......
