Looking at price movements in conjunction with volume can illustrate what’s unfolding. On that day, the price movement was substantial, while volume was slightly above my 10 & 14 day averages. Volume was too low to warrant any concerns.

I believe this stock is tightly held. Less and less available trading shares are on the market. That’s why we’ll see large price swings with overall decreasing long-term volume.
