I understand your frustration for your neighbour, but I can't quite work out whether you are happy or not.

Your said you just bought a heap? and then you say "not quite quick enough to jump ship"? Do you mean you were not quick enough to jump ship before close today? If so why did you buy? Or are you referring to your neighbour?
