Patersons have a lot of experience in doing CR for distressed stocks
they did their sums and said to get rid of potentially 30m worth of LYC to their professional investor customers they would need a 17.5% discount
this today is saying around 10c
having seen a lot of these type of CR in the past what normally happens after the little blip up we get because they have kicked the can down the road is it will settle back down to at or below the CR price
wise money would wait till after the CR and then look for a proper trend up before committing more money to LYC
thus there is no dammed if you dont
