may I ask why you don't buy some of the shares back that you've dumped at .80? It doesn't make much sense when you sell at these levels (what implies that you expect the sp to go down further) and accuse the mgt of illegal acting when they ask for oppies with a strike of 1.19

The 1.19 are still almost 50% away from current sp. Of course it's a shame the the sp is where it is today but I tend to blame two agressive sellers more for that than the mgt that (with the exception of a poorly worded PFS) has timely delivered good results.
