there are two ways to view the "imminent furture information" in my opinion.
1. the directors know it is good. The haste could be seen as trying to get in before the share price and therefore strikeprice go up.
2. the directors know it is bad. Want to get approval before shareholders backlash against perceived poor management.
On the good side the ARU has been tipped by both Inside Trader and Daily Reckoning as having a great future. Lets hope the directors don't stuff it up.
