One of the most interesting things I think is that everyone at some stage or another has bought into a position based solely on news. I know I have. How many times do we see what appears to be a fantastic announcement and think wow the SP is really going to run here I better buy in, only to watch in dismay as the SP goes backwards leaving you scratching your head wondering how unpredictable the market is and how that this result can even logically be possible?
VSA is based on actions of what has happened and attempts to provide insights on what is likely to happen next. As we all have heard a number of times in our lives "Actions speak louder than words" and I don't see how this phrase should apply any differently in the market..
