CYL has only the option of share issue.
A cash offer is out of the question as there is
not the return on investment ATM
which financiers want to offer reasonable terms.
It's easy to see CYL has sufficient operating capital
and the operation is paying for extensive prospecting and
evaluation of ground held.
There is no acquisisions surplus.
