My understanding it's only an institutional and sophisticated investor deal I believe Morgan's will be used for spread and Morgan Stanley are running it. Evidently institutions would have liked the raising to be bigger Its hard to put my finger on this one but reckon it may be a sleeper like Wisetech . We all recall that Wisetech did very little for the first few months on market. Anyway, I have put my hand up for some.
