Well, just got my new property rates notice and there is a whopping $444 charge from the Vic Government to help with the repayment of their monstrous debt. Back in the 90's we were slugged an extra $40 bucks or so to cover the deficit from Cain/Kirner so this one is truly 'Andrewsesque'. He and Allan have really knocked it out of the park this time....
