I have re-read your post a month ago and only now noticed that you believed that we could break the bank caveats in Sept after paying off differed consideration and therefore you feared cap raising. Though I believe that cap raising is insanity at this level could you or anyone else direct me where i can read the current terms for a bank loan as I have never come across this info.

P.S I have increased my holding and will be steadily buying in the range 3.6 till 4.3 cents. With such a shallow depth it is taking forever to accumulate up to 10-11 mln shares:) Target = 9-10 cents by December 2011- unless the books are wrong, this company looks too cheap to resist to have a good punt (traded in 18 cents per $1 dollar of book value after writing off all unhealthy businesses). Go figure...
