The Feds surely have a responsibility here, if not then why do we have a Federal Government that is lame with regards to these matters.

Andrews is now being spoken of world wide. His behaviour is being seen as incompetent and an extraordinary breach of public trust.

Having cause the 2nd outbreak, the Vic Government is now punishing the people rather than taking responsibility.
