Glug the premier lied whilst in opposition.
Had he told the truth, and advised the punters that the state would be liable to pay compensation to cancel the contract, the outcome could have been vastly different.
He jumped on the bandwagon, and now the taxpayers of Vic have to carry the can. And shamdrews will just walk away blaming the courts and the previous government.....
