His salary from the 2018 Annual report was $43,269 plus 300,000 options. (which are probably worthless right now)
The 2019 Annual report is due soon.
I think his salary would have gone up because he went from non-exec chairman to Exec Chairman meaning more work/more responsibility.
But I don't think he is getting a $1 million salary?
That seems quite high to me.
