If it says in the Annual Report which is a statutory document that he received $42,000 plus 300,000 options for 2018, then that is what he received.

6 million 'free' shares over the years also seems a little high.
Where do you get this information from?
And although options are 'free', they still have an exercise price which he would have paid.
I think he owned a lot of stock when he initially came on as Chairman.
And he participated (with his own money) taking out Substantial Shareholders Meridian Capital at around 18c and then Sprott Asset Management at around 22c way back in 2014 or 2015.
Who collectively held 10 million shares or more.
So I'm not defending him or the company but to say he will still be getting a million dollar salary in 2024 is just wrong.
