Would say the first move would be the attention drawn thru emails to ASIC, although their history to activate
anything in this regard is somewhat poor. Having said that, it could be the first step. I do not know the email address of the relevent person to whom it should be addressed to. Perhaps somebody on this thread would be able to supply this email address. Just athought, perhaps a a sell of stock by shareholders maybe in order to effect an actual loss. A further question is why are ASIC in existance if they do not protect SH's from misleading statements from the CEO. DYOR
