I have no faith at all that a shareholders association will do any good for shareholders. My association with shareholders associations in the past has been that they are just a thorn in the side of a board that has been democratically elected by ALL shareholders interests. We should vote off bad directors and vote on new ones through the normal process.

The cry of shareholders associations is usually "united we stand, divided we fall" yet a shareholders association only ever succeeds in dividing, not uniting.

I say support GR. He saved the company. The dilution will not be as severe as some suggest if the company is given time to show it is progressing and capable of refinancing. Unless this stirring group can demonstrate that new financing is available they have no credibility with me. If they can then they should convince the existing management that it is there and I'm sure the board will jump at the chance.

This "deal" offered by this group will do nothing more than destroy confidence with the existing banks and make it harder for the board to operate for the benefit of ALL concerned.

What would have the proposed directors have done had they been on the board for the last 2 years?. Would we have been any better off or would the company have completely failed with their help. It is where the company is heading now that counts. The past can't be changed.

Can the proposed new directors demonstrate actions that they have taken in the past 2 yeaqrs that has proved their ability to improve the situation now for us all. Can they show that they can get finance that will benefit us ALL and not just the three proposed directors and their bank. Can they show it will not be a case of out of the frying pan into the fire?.

If they get in I'll get out. That is what I think.
