The aussie banks also have left open the chance for CNP to refinance within a given period that will reduce this dilution. The group sponsering the new directors could do themselves and all of us a favour by proving up their financial backing that will guarantee refinancing. Their stirring may only make it harder for the existing board to refinance and reduce the dilution.
CNP itself is introducing new board members with that aim in mind I believe.

If the group can not demonstrate a definite plan of refinance they should butt out. They can do more harm than good.
