I agree with you there... they could just sell the UK assets cheaply to someone with a similar business who could make money out of the run off trail.
The Australian and Henderson assets are world class... even Buffet commented it's one of only two aussie companies he would buy.
He might still do!
Anyhow, $10 is cheap but could go cheaper... looking for a takeover mid 2003.
