These overseas investors have'nt been found in the last 2-3 weeks, the share price has come up from high 3's so i'd say the conversion rate on the notes would be more likely close to 5 cents, big boys putting in $20mill are not going to pay close to what the little folk do, for their money they'd "demand" a deal.
