Just my imagination going into overdrive.

CXO could be now in a takeover situation, and at a share price
of approximately thirty cents a share (that being generous as the real share price is twenty-six cents).
That is all CXO is worth.. the market price and no more.

This means there will be a huge loss for those holding shares that paid above thirty cents,
which is me as my breakeven is 0.447 cents.

No one would put out for an offer like thirty cents, but a market buyout might be able to be successful.
