Danger of a takeover is there all right but don't be fooled into thinking that 20-30 cents over a potential low point of $1.20 will get Hardman. This is a prize asset that will create a bidding frenzy, worse than 10 blind lesbians in a fish shop if a takeover offer is tabled at that price.

I'm sure no potential bidders are contemplating picking up Hardman at anything lower than say $2.20 even in its current state.
