We could reasonably assume the following figures.

Ching 150 million barrels, Tiof 300 million and Tevet 50 million. At AUS$10 per barrel this gives HDR a valuation of $1.62. Add $300 million in cash, Banda, Guyane, Uganda and the potential for upgrades at Ching, Tiof and Tevet plus further exploration success in Mauritania = >>>>>$1.62.

Looks like some people may be the fools for not recognising value at current levels.
