I'm interested to see if we get a substantial holder notice in the next day or two that indicates MMK is actively soaking up the sellers at a 10% discount
I'm not absolutely certain but I don't think they can do that under our rules. They can only buy at 30 cents.
I did look at the 'contract' but it is huge and I did not have time to read it right through, would take days. But I know there are rules about it, and I think they are as above.
