Why stop at Dan? Surely people disobeying orders isn't the fault of individuals, it's leader shit, so is it scomo's fault according to you, no actually should we just blame god? (not that there is one)
The irony of all this is your also having a go at Dan for putting in strict measures at the same time saying his not strict enough.
