My six step plan to keep doppy dan and his mafia mates swimming in cocaine and prostitutes:
- Increase illegal immigration by bringing in more students and 457s
- Increase money laundering in property by the chinese, indians and others who only want to see Victoria grow!
- Tax Victorians more! Council rates etc
- Fine Victorians more! New strategies to hide cameras are a must!
- More gambling please; get Victorians addicted to gambling as much as possible
- Let's stop measuring meth in the water, instead, make it legal for the chinese to bring in more ICE and make sure they pay some tax

I accept, this is all happening now and I'm not the first to suggest any of this but I strongly advise doppy dan and his mafia mates to follow my recommendations.
