It's the same but with a few changes as a result of not doing the EW link. They could hardly go ahead and do the original plan until they had resolution of the dud project called the EW link.
As for the train to the airport that has been scrapped but it was all pie in the sky stuff anyway with no money, no start date and no detailed engineering plans. It was just a con. The trouble with the line to the airport is the airport does not want it as it makes over $100m in parking. One day it will be done but I am afraid I will be dead and buried when it is.
