There has always been massive double standards on clear display. Let's face it, a Company Director of a large business or Corporation is generally there as he / she showed business skills and hopefully ethics, and usually understands responsibility and accountability as the buck does stop with them. They also have to ensure shareholders see positive returns on their investment and observe rafts of rules and regulations laid down by some Bureaucrat locked behind closed doors.

On the other hand we have Politicians. Elected to the position only because they were fortunate enough to be "pre selected" by their Party of choice, and the sheeple voted for the Party. If the Party gets the votes the winner gets a new job paid for by the tax payer, full of lurks and perks.
This elected Representative can be as dumb as dog ....when it comes to making smart decisions, we see that every day, and also carries zero responsibility or accountability for stupid moronic expensive decisions that costs the taxpayers' millions.

I read Albrechtsen's piece and she is right...
