Set up anti social behaviour legislation to take back the civility of the state.
Anti social crimes will incur penalties of every second weekend detention or designated agreed two day consecutive periods. Offenders will be required to report a special facility where there are no visitors other than from health professionals. All social media contact is banned as is access to television and radio. Offenders will be required to attend every second weekend. The detention is designed not to deprive attendees of their income. It is designed to be inconvenient and incur loss of access to highly valued activities. These penalties are in place of dollar fines which are rarely paid.
Taking away valued activities and liberties every second weekend may help offenders better appreciate their obligations to society. Every second weekend will highlight what is being lost. This will send a powerful message.
