This thread is simplistic imo.
Behind Dan Andrews there is massive state based public health and medical services and infrastructure staffed by exceedingly well paid bureaucrats and professionals and hard working staff.
To blame a single person for the catastrophe of Covid in Vic is way off the mark ... but it suits the narrow political agenda of conservatives.
