Andrews has made some massive mistakes. Signing Victoria up to the Chinese "Belt and Road" is one. Mismanagement of basic hotel quarantine is two.

The more he tries to cover it up the more he looks like a fool.

Andrews needs to go, but who is there to run the joint? Anyone?
