No other State has the number of cases Victoria has.
So what has Victoria done differently?
The virus was originally released in Victoria in critical numbers
by Andrews mismanagement.
This is inarguable.
(Otherwise others states would be in a similar position)
It then multiplied far more extensively in the community.
(and you would understand the maths involved here.)
This too is inarguable.
This did not happen in any other state.
WHY NOT?
We have a situation in Victoria where there are probably many many 10s 0f 1000s of people who originally caught the virus as a result of Andrews mismanagement who would not have caught it otherwise.
You may well say there are some wilfully ignoring the quarantine instructions.
But I believe the Virus is mainly being unknowingly passed on by many many more than being passed on the miscreants.
(And the miscreants wouldn’t have anyway if Andrews had not stuffed up at the start.)
So my point is irrefutable.
Victoria would not have become a problem in the first place,
nor would it be a problem now,
if Andrews had not totally mismanaged the initial outbreak.

And here’s a bit more of Dans latest “LOGIC”
While only allowing 1 person in a family to attend a supermarket will reduce the numbers there in a day makes sense,
by closing the supermarkets at 8PM
means they are open for less hours.
So, basic maths:
Customers inside the supermarket at any given time means they are going to be less spread out, , that is more compressed.
This equals a REDUCTION in social distancing!
Duh !
And if an infected person goes to that same supermarket as you,
the odds of them being there at the same time as you are is increased.
