Every budget Labor has produced since they were elected was in surplus but every year they sold off and leased assets then spent the money and then borrowed more,unfortunately the majority of Victorians that vote for Labor have inflicted this incompetent leader on us and Victorians will pay a very high price for electing this incompetent leader and party.
