So the Premier is responsible for every specific security detail in the state, is he ? Even particular tender and the details of it ?
There is a system in place. This has clearly failed. It is up to the Premier to order an investigation and act on the recommendations of that outcome of that investigation. If he fails to do that then that is a different story.
I notice how you haven't posted any evidence to support your rant. Was the government tender process something that Andrews has personally developed is it part of a government process run by public servants that probably has been in place for decades ?
Post the evidence to show that it was policy specifically formed by the Andrews government.
