I really don't care how they came to their lives as it is now. The fact that these people are walking around hitting people and stomping on their necks indicates to me they should be taken out of society very quickly and buy whatever means possible.
I know how they use to treat the beserkers in ancient times. They would drug them up and point them at the opposing army and let them loose. The thing is though the beserkers were so dangerous if they got turned around in battle to face their own soldiers they would immediately be killed by their own army.
Just a ditty from history. Im not saying that is what should happen by any means.
