My comments are a disgrace are they, even though I specifically said forget this instance and concentrate on whether it is right or not considering anyone else that might get caught up in the future.

I'm sick of arguing with people who use a Current Affair as their main source of information, sheep following idiots.

Why do you think Loveridge did not go for Murder. Because the authorities in their eagerness to pander to emotions overstepped their boundaries.

How does this guy go for Murder when Loveridge didn't. It can't be done. It will be a simple case for the defence to argue and will embarrass the prosecutor. Hence there will be another deal made for manslaughter.
